Skegness town centre is a classic coastal holiday scene.  Ice-cream, doughnuts and slushies on the sand beach.  Fish and chips, souvenirs to go home with (including rock, candy floss and fudge delights).  Visit Pleasure Beach which holds lots of park rides including rocking boats, scramblers, dodgems and a big wheel to see for miles around.  There are also several nearby amusement arcades, kids rides and a tenpin bowl centre.  For live entertainment, head to the Embassy theatre.  At night there are lively, busy clubs around the town at the front.
Further out - In the other direction from Skegness, head towards Ingoldmells for a market full of clothes and accessories, and Fantasy Island for even more great rides including 'The Odyssey' above.  Or a little further there are lots of animal farms, parrot zoos and a sea life sanctuary.
